Welcome to Lembra Jewels,
my name is Evelien van Dongen and I am the owner and designer of the jewelry brand that transforms our beloved locations into elegant jewelry. I came up with the idea after searching for a piece of connection to my origins and cherished memories of my countries and cities. I was adopted from Brazil, grew up in Eindhoven, and have been living in Rotterdam for 20 years, and I feel a strong connection to all of them. Since I couldn't find anything elegant that expressed my connection to my countries and cities, as a creative person I came up with the idea of incorporating my beloved locations into unique jewelry. This idea eventually grew into the idea of making this possible for everyone. After all, you also love your heritage and identity, so why should I keep this only to myself!

Lembra Jewels are premium location-based jewelry made from surgical stainless steel with a rich 14-carat gold coating and Swarovski Crystals. Each piece of jewelry tells the story of a beloved city or country that you hold dear to your heart.
Are custom-made jewelry pieces possible?
Yes! We offer customization for specific cities, landmarks, or personalized designs. Please contact us at info@lembrajewels.com to discuss the possibilities.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship throughout Europe via PostNL with track & trace. We do not deliver to overseas territories or non-Dutch islands.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes, within 6 months of purchase, we will repair manufacturing defects free of charge. After that, repairs are possible at cost price. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
Why can't I pay with iDEAL yet?
iDEAL is not yet possible due to the conditions Shopify imposes on new webshops.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry dry and avoid contact with water during swimming, showering, or exercising. Protect them from make-up, perfume, and chemicals. Store them in a dry place for a long lifespan.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Free shipping on orders over €25, otherwise €4.95. We ship with PostNL track & trace throughout Europe. Delivery time: 2-3 working days in the Netherlands, up to 7 working days in the rest of Europe.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt. Jewelry must be unworn, with tags and in original packaging. Shipping costs for the return package are at the customer's expense. Please contact info@lembrajewels.com to request a return.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other common payment methods. Payment is required before we begin production.
